We ship most orders on the same day that we receive them, however, the shipping arrival date we give you is an estimate given to us by the shipping provider you have selected. Should your package seem to be unreasonably delayed, please refer to the tracking number we emailed to you when your order was shipped, or reach out to info@healthydogma.com for any further inquiries.

Free Shipping Policy (order total pre-shipping $) only applies to non-wholesale orders and excludes some orders using discounts, such as Instagram and Facebook codes:

• $100 to $174.99 - Free Shipping credit up to $15.00
• $175 to $300 - Free Shipping credit up to $28.00
• $300.01 and above - Free Shipping credit up to $40.00
