Why Healthy Dogma

Work that means something

A short list of things that are actually true about working here.

Steady weekday schedule, no late nights

Production roles run on a consistent weekday schedule. You'll know when you work. No unexpected nights or weekend mandates.

Work that helps dogs stay part of the family longer

The food you make ends up in a bowl in someone's kitchen. Small batches, real ingredients from Midwest farms and Alaskan fisheries. You can see the difference you're making.

A family business, close to home

We've been in Oxford for more than 15 years. The May family runs the company. It's not a corporation; you'll know who you work for.

Training included for reliable people

You don't need prior food manufacturing experience to work here. We train for the procedures that matter. If you show up consistently and follow the process, you'll have what you need to do the job well.
