This didn't rehydrate, it just became like pancake batter consistency and I have 6 dogs. Only 2 seemed to like it. I ordered 3 trial packs to have enough for all dogs to try them all but I won't be ordering again.

My dog Ivy, a 2 1/2 year old German Shepherd has been a challenge to get to eat period. She was diagnosed with EPI - Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency at 1 year old. She has never had a good relationship with food. I was so hopeful she would like this but no. I am so glad you have trail sizes. I have given away probably 300 lbs of dogfood we have bought that she would not eat so the trail sizes are great. I think the quality of the food is great though. Thank you!

I am excited to try all the various samples. I have a dog who just eats little here and there so its a struggle to keep his weight up. This looks like it will be a great addition to use as a topper to get him to eat his meals.
The best part of these not only the prices but, everything is quality and freeze dried so much of the nutrition is kept. So glad I ran across your site!

I guess I failed to read the fine print, and when preparing to try it discovered I needed to add a protein source. I haven't decided what to add and or when to mix it up, and store it to introduce it slowly so not to cause digestive upset.
HDHealthy Dogma1 month agoCindy, If you are already feeding a dry food and want to use this as a transition, you may not need to add in your own protein. Use it as a topper to the current meals.
