    Shrinkage!!!!

    I have been purchasing this item for at least 7 years. The latest jar I received was only half filled with product. I understand that the powder may settle during transport but if that were the case, I would have experienced this happening in any of the many previous jars that I bought. The product itself is effective but if I get another jar that is only half full, it will be my last.

    We want to assure you that the amount in the jar is the same amount you have received in the past. We have a few different jar types, and while they are roughly the same size, they sometimes hold a bit more or less making them look fuller or less so. We are committed to your satisfaction so would ask that if you think you aren't receiving the 6 oz (which is the same for the past years) help us verify by weighing it and comparing to the listed weight on the jar.

    We know mistakes happen but we are committed to quality of our product and service. However we want to make sure your expectations are aligned that not every jar will be filled to the top (we leave room for the scoop) but the amount in the jar (6 oz in this case) has not changed and will not change in the near future.

    So thankful

    I wanted to use this for a full year before leaving a review. Moved to Florida from Las Vegas a couple years ago. In Vegas fleas aren’t an issue. So when we first moved here my corgi got fleas within a couple months so we started the trio prescription out of fear of it happening again. Around this time last year I decided to make the switch to something more natural because I was worried about what I was putting in my dogs body. Now I live in the Tampa Bay Area near the water in the “winter” fleas are very bad here and we have not even had a flea scare! I am so happy I found this and that is has worked also my dog loves it. She waits until I add it to her dinner every night! And I’m very pleased it just a few simple and natural ingredients!

    FLEE FLEA FLEE

    I have used this on my 3 Golden Retrievers for many years and have not seen a flee or tick. They get it every morning on their food year around. I would highly recommend this.

    It would be nice if they put a discount on this once and awhile.
